Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain virtual machines to support clinical and service training programs.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of digital studios for distanced learning.
- Collaborate with the training strategy and technology team to enhance training delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to virtual machines and digital studios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 6 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in virtual machine development and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar.
- Experience with digital studio maintenance and distanced learning technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with clinical training programs and requirements.
- Certification in virtualization technologies.
