As a Virtual F&I Specialist, you’ll partner with dealerships across the country to deliver a seamless, high-quality F&I experience remotely. You’ll work inside a proven sales process, represent one of the most respected brands in automotive retail, and collaborate with dealer partners in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This is a professional F&I sales position designed for experienced producers who know how to build trust, present value, overcome objections, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell F&I products for dealer partners using JM&A’s proven Virtual F&I sales process, including customer interviews, menu presentations, and product recommendations
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently driving product sales and performance results
  • Build strong relationships with dealer partners through daily communication, collaboration, and participation in dealership sales activities
  • Confidently explain F&I products, overcome objections, and walk the customer through their vehicle purchase
  • Maintain accurate deal documentation and performance tracking while continuing to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness
  • Represent JM&A Group with professionalism, responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Retail Automotive as an F&I Manager
  • Detail-oriented with the flexibility to deal with changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with adeptness in dealing with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization
  • Highly self-motivated with top-notch customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work from home
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and StoneEagle

The pay range for this position is 49,920.00 - 127,900.00. Base pay is determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location.
