As a Virtual Banking Sales and Strategy Manager (Training Developer and Facilitator), Vice President, you will be at the forefront of driving our strategic vision for customer and employee engagement. Your focus will be on developing and executing innovative training programs that equip our Virtual Bankers with the skills and strategies needed to excel in sales and customer service. By leveraging your leadership and communication expertise, you will craft training initiatives that emphasize building lasting relationships, maintaining ethical standards, and championing diversity and inclusion. Your strategic insights will guide the team in surpassing expectations and delivering a world-class customer experience, setting a new standard of excellence at Chase.
As a Sales and Strategy Manager (Training Developer and Facilitator) in the Virtual Banking Team, you will work on strategic initiatives within Consumer Bank Virtual Banking. In this role, you will play a dual role in the creative and collaborative aspects of our learning solutions, designing engaging content and facilitating training sessions both in-person and virtually. Your efforts will bridge the gap between design and implementation, ensuring our learning solutions are engaging and deliver the required outcomes. You must be strategic, creative, and self-motivated, with excellent leadership, relationship building, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates engaging and impactful learning content
- Leads and deliver the new hire and continuous learning programs
- Identifies gaps between applicable requirements and current procedures/controls and implement resolution of mitigating controls
- Collaborates with Branch training partners and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective learning solutions.
- Facilitates professional development training both in classroom and virtually.
- Facilitates Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide facilitation support for targeted programs where required.
- Manages the global schedule for professional development open enrollment, working with the team to make adjustments and improve processes to enhance quality.
- Ensures compliance of project activities with audit and risk policies and the highest aspirations of the firm's business principles.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years experience in learning and development; including facilitation and curriculum development experience
- Strong agile project management experience
- Experience developing and presenting training analytics
- Display the highest professional standards, operating with a commercial mind-set, high client centricity and being innovative by challenging the status quo.
- Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines within a fast-moving professional environment
- Familiarity with Branch behaviors and tools that drive successful client engagement
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and comfort in communicating with different levels of management
- Ability to work independently in a high performance team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization.
- Extensive software skill experience - expert level proficiency in four or more tools in the adobe Creative Suite applications (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Animate); and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
