Location: Remote

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be part of a remote team that delivers professional, reliable, and friendly service across a variety of industries.

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to join our remote call center team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as perform additional off-the-phone responsibilities as assigned. These duties may include administrative support, scheduling, data entry, client communications, and more, depending on the client’s specific needs.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. 

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, or outreach as required. 

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using client-specific systems. 

  • Perform off-phone tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing data, managing emails, or handling administrative duties. 

  • Adapt to various client workflows and expectations. 

  • Follow all privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards (including HIPAA where applicable). 

  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure seamless support and client satisfaction. 

  • Other duties assigned by leader and/or Client.​



Requirements

Qualifications 

Neutral English accent is a requirement.
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• At least 18 years of age and completed High School.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or virtual assistant role preferred.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using remote tools such as CRMs, phone software, calendars, and communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained.

Your System Requirements 

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. All team members are required to use their own computer, which must meet our system requirements to ensure compatibility with company applications and tools.

·         USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

·         Dual monitors 

·         Working Webcam

·         Specific Requirements listed here:  

o        Microsoft Windows computer – NO MacBooks.  

o        Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

o        Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps. cable connection.

o        Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.



Benefits
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. As a contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits. This is not an employee position, and no employee benefits (such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans) are provided.
