Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant to support a variety of business operations, content initiatives, and digital projects. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across project management and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Utilize tools like Asana, Basecamp, or Monday.com to manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
- Support project planning, progress reporting, and team coordination
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Manage executive calendars, book podcast guests, and coordinate interview logistics
- Ensure efficient scheduling across multiple time zones
Social Media Management
- Design and edit visual content including graphics, videos, presentations, and marketing materials for social platforms
- Monitor interactions, respond to followers
- Write compelling blog posts, articles, and other content to support brand storytelling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital project management, virtual assistance, calendar coordination, content creation and/or similar tasks. Experience working with U.S.-based companies is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach
- Proficiency in collaboration and content tools such as Canva, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
