- This is open to international applicants based on the budget and compensation structure.
- Must read, write, and understand English proficiently
- Must be available to work Monday–Friday during US Pacific Standard Time business hours
- Must be willing to work 8:00AM–5:00PM PST or later as needed
- Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop
- Must have webcam/video capability for virtual meetings
- Must have reliable high-speed internet service
- Must have reliable phone service
- Must be dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment
- MUST SEND SALARY REQUIREMENTS (IN USD) PER MONTH OR APP WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
- Contract remote role – open to international applicants
- Support HR onboarding, employee communications, and back-office administrative functions
- Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents
- Collect, review, and track employment and compliance documentation, including I-9 forms
- Communicate professionally with new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR processes
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases
- Assist with general HR administrative support, follow-up tasks, and document management
- Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (all) -Outlook/PP/Excel, Canva, Zoom, Teams, Slack, and similar tools
- Experience with HR systems or onboarding support preferred
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
