Your Role:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a high-growth professional coaching and training company based in Canada. You will:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Reconnect with former clients through platforms like LinkedIn, set up catch-up meetings to generate referrals and testimonials.
  • Prospect List Generation & Social Selling: Assist in generating a list of top 100 prospects, engage in social selling through direct messaging, and interact with potential clients on social media.
  • AI Tools Research: Research AI tools to enhance business processes and strategies.
  • Proposal Enhancement: Convert word-based proposals into visually appealing slide presentations, creating impactful content that drives results.
  • Client Scheduling: Manage weekly scheduling changes for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely coordination.
  • Client Data Management: Support the implementation of processes to maintain up-to-date client data, and assist in scheduling quarterly goals and forecast reviews.
  • Client Surveys: Handle the management of client surveys by creating forms, gathering insights, and improving client relations.
  • Content Generation Support: Brainstorm and source topics for content generation, utilizing AI tools to enhance creativity and consistency.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media posts and comments to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence across all company platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

We value talent and proven experience. To join us, you must have:

  • 3-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in sales and marketing using Linkedin and other tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • An English Proficiency Certificate (preferable).
  • A quick learning ability with new tools and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems and social media (a plus).
  • A strong memory and typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • A quiet work environment, reliable computer, headset with microphone, and stable internet connection.

What We Offer:

At Veta Virtual, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $1,000 to $1,200 USD, depending on your experience. You’ll work a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (EST). This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home. We are committed to fostering a supportive team environment where you can grow your skills and career.
