Job Overview:
We are seeking a fluent Haitian Creole-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our client, an insurance broker in managing client communications and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be smart, customer-focused, and teachable. This role is remote and offers flexible, part-time hours on a month-to-month basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients via email and ensure timely communication
- Provide updates on next steps in the insurance process
- Share relevant information with clients on what to expect
- Escalate important issues that require the broker’s attention
- Maintain organized and accurate client communications
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Haitian Creole (non-negotiable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Haitian Creole.
- Proven experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed
- Quick learner, adaptable, reliable, proactive and highly organized.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or productivity software
- Experience in insurance, finance, or a client-service environment is a plus but not compulsory

- Internet: A reliable connection with speeds of 20mbps or higher
- Location: Fully Remote
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English.
- Availability: Willingness to work within the client's timezone.
- Experience: Previous experience working remotely is highly desirable
