The Role
🚀 Your Daily Missions:
- 🛠️ Managing our recruiting/hiring pipeline
- 📅 Booking appointments and coordinating interviews with candidates
- 🔍 Researching suppliers
- 🛍️ Researching and purchasing items online
- 📦 Handling courier deliveries
- ✈️ Arranging travel
- 📈 Sending/receiving basic invoices
🕒 Availability Needed: Must be available Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM CEST.
🌍 Location Bonus: We have team members in Poland, Serbia, Malta, and Italy. Being from one of these countries is a big plus!

- 🛠️ Looking for individuals who are technically oriented and proficient with modern tools like Slack, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Calendar, etc.
