Job Description

We are seeking fluent Hungarian speakers (speaking, reading, and writing) to join our team of Virtual Account Executives. You will own a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as their consultant and growth strategist. This is a high-energy, 100% telesales-driven role where your voice is your most powerful tool.

  • Drive Revenue: You’ll proactively manage and grow the revenue of your assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell services that add value to their business.

  • Master the Pitch: Telesales is second nature to you. You’ll handle objections with ease, instilling a sense of urgency while maintaining a consultative approach.

  • Operational Excellence: You’ll monitor account performance metrics to ensure they meet foodora’s high operational standards, providing support where it’s needed most.

  • Hit the Numbers: You thrive on targets. You’ll meet and exceed daily productivity goals for call volumes and sales conversions.

  • Precision & Speed: In our fast-paced environment, you’ll manage documentation, partner approvals, and system processing (Salesforce) with 100% accuracy.

  • Solve for the Partner: You don't just see problems; you see solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between company offerings and partner needs.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a client management, account management, or high-volume sales role is a major plus.

  • Telesales Grit: You are energized by outbound calling and comfortable using digital communication tools to build relationships over the phone.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in  Hungarian (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory (one of them). English as a primary working language is required.

  • Sales-Minded & Data-Sensitive: You understand the "why" behind the numbers. You use data to inform your sales strategy.

  • Tech Proficiency: You’re at home with Google Workspace, and if you’ve used Salesforce before, you’ll hit the ground running.

  • Resilience: You are a fast learner who adapts quickly to change. You don't just keep up with the pace; you set it.

Skills Required

  • Fluency in Hungarian (spoken, written, reading)
  • English as primary working language
  • Telesales / outbound calling experience and objection handling
  • Experience in client management, account management, or high-volume sales (2-3 years)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Sales-minded and data-sensitive (uses data to inform strategy)
  • Ability to meet and exceed call volume and sales conversion targets
  • Accuracy in documentation, partner approvals, and system processing
  • Resilience and ability to learn and adapt quickly
