The Crown Is Yours
As a VIP New Business Associate, you will join a team that services high-potential and prospective VIP players through the delivery of exceptional guest service, operational best practices, sales tactics, and employee development. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution of our industry-leading engagement strategy. As the first point of contact for potential VIP's, you will utilize your communication skills to understand our players' needs, cultivating long-term loyalty and driving business growth.
What you'll do as a VIP New Business Associate

  • Develop and optimize strategies for player engagement and qualification, and effectively evaluate players' potential for placement in DraftKings' VIP Program.
  • Engage with high-potential players through a variety of outbound communication channels, using a variety of communication tactics.
  • Create strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships and deliver a VIP-level experience that will drive high levels of brand advocacy.
  • Exceed engagement and service level performance targets.
  • Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
  • Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state and product launches.


What you'll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to think quickly and critically when negotiating with a player.
  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 49,600.00 USD - 62,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
