- Manage and coordinate multiple employees and contractors.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and help oversee staff supporting the Principal.
- Create procedures and systems that improve efficiency.
- Coordinate projects from planning through successful completion.
- Help resolve challenges, improve operations, and ensure accountability.
- Exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently while working closely with the Principal.
- This position requires someone who naturally takes ownership, leads with professionalism, and enjoys building order out of complexity.
- Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, consultations, meetings, and priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics.
- Serve as the primary liaison with executives, household staff, vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they affect the Principal.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Highly educated with a history of outstanding performance.
