In this role at Superbet, you’ll be at the heart of our most valued customer relationships, delivering a premium and highly personalized experience to our VIP clients. You’ll combine exceptional communication skills with a proactive, detail-driven approach to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations at every touchpoint. Working closely across internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless service, swift issue resolution, and long-term client loyalty. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position where your ability to prioritize, analyze client behavior, and build meaningful connections will truly shine.

 

 What you'll be doing:

  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients through regular contact, personalized communication, and dedicated support;
  • Anticipating client needs by staying informed of their preferences and behaviors, and taking swift action to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise;
  • Offer bonuses and campaigns in order to maintain/ increase customer activities;
  • Participating at exclusive events or experiences for VIP clients to deepen relationships and showcase the brand's commitment to personalized service;
  • Monitoring and analyzing VIP client data, including usage patterns, preferences, and feedback, to continuously improve the level of service and value offered;
  • Support the interests of VIP customers internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized across all departments (fraud, CRM, trading, gaming, etc.)
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry regulations (KYC, AML, responsible gaming) in all interactions with VIP customers
  • Delivering a premium end-to-end customer experience, ensuring smooth onboarding and handling day-to-day requests with professionalism and care;

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Is dedicated to understand the needs of VIP clients and delivering solutions that exceed expectations;
  • Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
  • Is proactive with a detail-oriented approach;
  • Is skilled at analyzing client behavior and preferences to anticipate and address their needs proactively;
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
