In this role at Superbet, you’ll be at the heart of our most valued customer relationships, delivering a premium and highly personalized experience to our VIP clients. You’ll combine exceptional communication skills with a proactive, detail-driven approach to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations at every touchpoint. Working closely across internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless service, swift issue resolution, and long-term client loyalty. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position where your ability to prioritize, analyze client behavior, and build meaningful connections will truly shine.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute a data-driven, relationship-focused VIP strategy to maximise customer value, retention, and long-term loyalty
- Own the management, structure, and performance of the local VIP and portfolio
- Ensure that high-value customers receive a premium, personalised and compliant experience across all touchpoints
- Work closely with CRM, Commercial, Product and Marketing teams to align offers, campaigns and experiences for VIP players
- Deploy VIP incentives and rewards profitably through structured planning, monitoring and optimization
- Analyse historical VIP player behaviour to identify risks, opportunities and growth potential
- Develop tailored account plans for key VIP customers based on player profile, preferences and value
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and best practices in VIP management
- Ensure full compliance with responsible gaming, AML and local regulations for all VIP activities
- Track, analyse and report on VIP performance, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Represent the VIP function internally, ensuring transparency, alignment and data-backed decision-making
We're looking for someone who:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, CRM or VIP management, preferably in iGaming, betting or an online environment
- Strong understanding of player value, segmentation, LTV, churn risk and behavioural indicators
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience designing and managing tailored incentive and loyalty strategies
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work with data to identify patterns, trends and opportunities
- Confidence in presenting performance, strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- High level of integrity and understanding of compliance, responsible gaming and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, self-driven mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can also work independently and take full responsibility for performance
