As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar VIP Account Manager to join our great team!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP players.
  • Support and engage players through personalized communication.
  • Track and analyze player activity and behavior on a daily basis to identify trends, opportunities, and growth levers.
  • Plan and execute promotions, content, and activities to drive player engagement and revenue growth.
  • Manage and grow Facebook communities by creating engaging content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, etc.) to support player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, customer support, customer success, sales), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, data analysis, and working with datasets) - strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights and business decisions
  • Strong business mindset with a focus on growth, performance, and results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging and influencing players
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience in the gaming industry or a strong interest in gaming – an advantage
  • Experience managing online communities (e.g., Facebook) – an advantage
  • Native-level English; additional languages are a plus
