Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-ups;
Improve client engagement and retention through personalized promotions and campaigns;
Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance;
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of service;
Welcome new VIP clients, re-engage inactive users, and maintain accurate client records.
1+ year experience in VIP account management;
Strong English communication skills - Upper Intermediate level;
Experience managing client requests independently and handling multiple priorities;
Ability to build client relationships and provide personalized support;
Experience working in the iGaming industry.
