What’s the role?
The Village Manager is responsible for leading day‑to‑day village operations, building high‑performing teams, and ensuring safety and service excellence while supporting the region’s Operations Manager. This role suits a hospitality leader with strong people management, communication, and business acumen.
- Leads village operations with a focus on team development, safety leadership, and stakeholder relationships.
- Utilises hospitality management experience across areas such as F&B, housekeeping, accommodation, or front of house.
- Holds accountability for budgets, resources, and contributing to operational improvements and project delivery.
About You
- 4 Years Managerial Experience role within hospitality, facility management or similar industry
- Previous people management and project management experience
- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Current full QLD Manual Driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
- Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
