Our team was created in 2016 and is unique in Wilhelmsen's global structure. We operate with agents in 400 ports in 80 countries all over the world. We are still growing hence we are looking for communicative and motivated colleague who will support us in our daily tasks. Join our team in Szczecin which consists of 9 talented Viking Hub Coordinators.

What you will support us with :

• Communicating in English with port agents worldwide to gather data necessary for estimating the cost of a vessel's port call
• Verifying final costs to ensure compliance with received guidelines, tariffs, and client agreements
• Coordinating payments from clients to local ports in collaboration with other teams
• Enhancing the company’s reputation by maintaining professional communication with all parties involved

This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have: 

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (English is used daily in our work)
• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from received data
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy working with data
• Initial experience in customer service - nice to have
