As Santen Vietnam continues to grow and expand its business, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Field Force Representative and oversight our business in Ho Chi Minh City market. 

As a Field Force Representative, you are responsible for driving revenue growth by executing the company's medical business strategy within their assigned territory. This involves establishing, developing, and maintaining strong professional relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospital representatives, and clinic staff, to ensure the successful promotion of Santen's pharmaceutical products and achieve targeted sales objectives in the Vietnamese market.

Job Description

What you will do

  • Approach the hospital doctors, clinic representatives and others to introduce Santen’s products in assigned territories (Tiếp cận Bác sỹ của bệnh viện, phòng khám hoặc những người phụ trách để giới thiệu sản phẩm của Santen khu vực được giao). 
  • Consult to the doctors about company products’ advantages in order for them to understand clearly and deeply about our product to decide on treatment to patients (Tư vấn các Bác Sỹ về những ưu điểm của sản phẩm Santen để Bác sỹ hiểu rõ và sâu hơn về sản phẩm để ra quyết định về điều trị).
  • Regularly visit doctors to remind them about our products (Thường xuyên viếng thăm Bác Sỹ để nhắc nhở họ về sản phẩm của Santen)
  • Collect the product information from market as well as the doctor’s comments on products to report periodically or timely to regional manager (Tập hợp thông tin trên thị trường thực tế và kể cả những góp ý, ý kiến từ Bác sỹ về sản phẩm để báo cáo định kỳ hoặc đột xuất cho cấp Quản lý)
  • Follow up the company tender to update on time about the news, progress and the result if any (Theo dõi thầu, kết quả thầu nếu có và cập nhật thông tin, quá trình tiến triển của những gói thầu nếu có). 
  • Support the company to implement the marketing strategy, conference, or new product launch event (Hỗ trợ công ty trong việc triển khai thực hiện những chính sách về tiếp thị sản phẩm, hội nghị khác hàng, chiến lược quảng cáo, tiếp thị cho sản phẩm mới). 
  • Other assigned works from upper levels if any (Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp quản lý). 

Qualifications

What you bring to the role

  1. Qualification/Tố chất
  • University Pharmacist or Medical Doctor (Tốt nghiệp ĐH Dược hoặc Bác sỹ Y khoa).
  • More than 1 year of working experience in the similar role (Có hơn 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở lĩnh vực tương đương)
  • Active and external manner (Năng động và hướng ngoại)
  • Eager to learn, be proactive and independent work spirit to achieve the given sale targets (Có tinh thần học hỏi, làm việc chủ động và độc lập để đạt được mục tiêu trên địa bàn đã giao).
  • Possess the clear career’s objectives and job’s orientation (Có mục tiêu nghề nghiệp và định hướng công việc rõ ràng
  • Be able to regularly travel for business (Có thể đi công tác thường xuyên).

  • Excellent in negotiation and approaching market (Khả năng thương lượng và tiếp cận thị trường tốt)
  • Good presentation skill (Kỹ năng trình bày tốt)
  • Be able to work under high pressure (Khả năng làm việc tốt dưới áp lực cao)
  • Good at the computer as work required (Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm ứng dụng phục vụ công việc)
