Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. This role is part of the APAC HR COE Talent Development & Employee Experience team.
8 team members located through Asia Pacific, we support 14 different countries and are very culturally diverse.
We speak English with our stakeholders and within our team. Some of the team also speak Mandarin.
This role will focus more on support our TD & EX COE Head, 2x Talent Managers (one for Greater China Cluster, one for East Asia Pacific Cluster), and 1x Employee Experience Manager (for all of APAC).How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Data Reporting & Analytics
- Managing our IHP masterlist
- Managing our Training completion rates tracking/Powerbi
- Reporting & analysis on key metrics including IHP's, career interviews, internal mobility, exit interviews etc.
- Working closely with our OD manager on data quality and standardisation
Performance Campaigns Coordination
- Working closely with Talent Managers to coordinate Goal Setting, Mid Year Reviews/Dialogue with Me, and End of Year Performance Review campaigns
- Creating a project plan, with tasks, due dates, and owners
- Drafting staff communication and training decks
- Working on system configuration tasks and testing
- Creating completion rate tracking reports
Talent Initiatives
- Working on metrics and slide decks for Cluster IHP reviews
- Documents and templates for IHP nomination process
- Slide deck templates and metrics for Cluster & Group HR reviews
- Other ad hoc tasks and support for Talent Managers as required
Employee Experience Initiatives
- Working on metrics and slide decks for Myvoice survey
- Driving team action plans for Myvoice TD related topics (careers, growth, feedback, key talents ..)
- Coordination and tasks for gender diversity initiatives related to TD & EX HR COE
- Other ad hoc tasks and support for Employee Experience Manager as required
Education Level: Bachelor
Discipline: Human Resources or equivalent
Must have:
- Data and Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrated strength and interest in data analysis, working across multiple systems and tools, with a proven ability to leverage Google Sheets formulas and provide accurate reporting & analytics.
- Exceptional Organisation and Coordination: Highly organised and diligent with strong attention to detail, administration and coordination skills.
- Proactive Collaboration: Confident and effective collaborator, ability to support and working alongside senior team members.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Displays high adaptability and a proactive, enthusiastic approach to undertaking new tasks and challenges.
