The site of San Luis Potosi based in Mexico belongs to the POWER Division. We are looking for a VIE Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges?
- You will analyze and draft AI prompts to optimize the Request for Proposal (RFQ) tool.
- You will track key performance indicators (KPIs)—including EDI adoption, consignment rates, and SCCL—and develop action plans in collaboration with Supply Chain PTMs.
- You will identify and implement automation solutions to streamline the workload for Supply Chain PTMs.
- You will build a centralized packaging summary and database by product line in collaboration with packaging engineers and Supply Chain PTMs.
- You will create and deliver training presentations on core supply chain topics, including customer demand integration, MPS/SIOP processes, and supplier EDI integration.
Let’s talk about you…
- You are graduated from a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineer/Supply Chain Engineering/Business Administration
- You already have experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, Lean Manufacturing or Projects Management
- You have a fluent level of English. Spanish is a plus
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
- AI tools usage and knowledge of SAP is a plus
