Job Description:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for a Marketing Analyst has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft)  in Miami. You will join the Customer Marketing Department .

This position supports the Marketing and commercial teams to ensure the optimal customer perception of Airbus products and identify business opportunities. Contribute to the development of marketing argumentations and regional strategy for the Latin America and Caribbean region.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • Airline Marketing activities: 55%

  • Contribute to Airline Marketing presentations and marketing argumentations.

  • Support marketing customized requests (e.g. layout, weight, maintenance).

  • Provide market analysis support (traffic, competitive landscape) and long term view per country (GMF).

  • Opportunistically provide Performance and Economic analysis to prospects or customers in the region.

  • Commercial team support: 30%

  • Revise the Business Unit regional presentation and excel dashboard and keep them regularly updated. Develop new argumentation.

  • Evaluate Latin America & Caribbean aviation trends (cabin, consolidation, fleet, sustainability).

  • Support leadership team’s presentations. 

  • Maintain the CRM tool (Salesforce) up-to-date. Develop dashboards and elaborate reports as required.

  • Communications, Strategy and Sustainability: 15%

  • Identify business opportunities by analyzing airlines’ fleet plans and write or contribute to internal reports.

  • Participate in regional strategy (Aircraft and Services) and provide support to its execution.

  • Monitor sustainability initiative development and provide strategic mapping.

  • Support the Communications team by providing up-to-date figures for the region on external communications.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience: 

● Educated to degree levelEngineer / Business degree with aviation related studies preferred.

● Early career (2 to 3 years experience)

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications.

  • Ability to prepare and give formal presentations.

  • Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a team environment while being a dynamic, innovative and creative contributor.

Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

  • Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Spanish is a plus..

Un poste sous contrat VIE Marketing Analyst est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) à Miami. Vous rejoindrez Customer Marketing.

Ce poste soutient les équipes marketing et commerciales afin d'assurer une perception optimale des produits Airbus par les clients et d'identifier les opportunités commerciales. Contribuer à l'élaboration d'argumentaires marketing et de stratégies régionales pour la région Amérique latine et Caraïbes

Missions et responsabilités :
 

  • Activités de marketing des compagnies aériennes : 55%

  • Contribuer aux présentations et aux argumentations marketing des compagnies aériennes.

  • Soutenir les demandes personnalisées en matière de marketing (par exemple, l'agencement, le poids, la maintenance).

  • Fournir un soutien à l'analyse du marché (trafic, paysage concurrentiel) et une vision à long terme par pays (GMF).

  • Fournir de manière opportuniste une analyse des performances et de l'économie aux clients potentiels ou aux clients de la région.

  • Soutien à l'équipe commerciale : 30%

  • Réviser la présentation régionale de la Business Unit et le tableau de bord Excel et les mettre à jour régulièrement. Développer de nouveaux arguments.

  • Évaluer les tendances de l'aviation en Amérique latine et dans les Caraïbes (cabine, consolidation, flotte, durabilité).

  • Soutenir les présentations de l'équipe de direction. 

  • Maintenir l'outil CRM (Salesforce) à jour. Développer des tableaux de bord et des rapports élaborés selon les besoins.

  • Communication, stratégie et développement durable : 15%

  • Identifier les opportunités commerciales en analysant les plans de flotte des compagnies aériennes et rédiger des rapports internes ou y contribuer.

  • Participer à la stratégie régionale (avions et services) et contribuer à son exécution.

  • Suivre l'évolution des initiatives en matière de développement durable et fournir une cartographie stratégique.

  • Soutenir l'équipe de communication en fournissant des chiffres actualisés pour la région en matière de communication externe.

Compétences requises

Vous possédez les compétences et l'expérience suivantes : 

● Instruit au niveau du diplôme Ingénieur ou des études liées à l'aviation de préférence.

● Début de carrière (2 à 3 ans d'expérience).

En outre, vous êtes capable de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Maîtrise des applications de la suite Google.

  • Capacité à préparer et à donner des présentations formelles.

  • La connaissance du secteur de l'aviation est un atout.

  • Une expérience de Salesforce est un plus.

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant un contributeur dynamique, innovant et créatif.

Compétences en matière de communication (orale, écrite, influence, maîtrise d'autres langues) 

  • Vous devez parler couramment l'anglais et avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

  • L'espagnol est un atout.
