Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.

The site of Zaragoza based in Spain belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Logistics for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of receiving, flat storage, line feeding, picking, warehouse, and shipping activities.
   

• You contribute to the optimization of packaging and labeling processes to enhance product handling and traceability.
   

• You support the development and improvement of shop floor scheduling and Visual Re-Order systems to ensure efficient production flow.
   

• You contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of transportation, warehousing, and external logistics service activities.
   

• You support the optimization of customs and duties processes to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
   

• You contribute to the planning and improvement of upstream and downstream transportation timetables to align with production and customer needs.
   

• You participate in the preparation of the transportation and external logistics services budget and actively contribute to cost reduction initiatives and their follow-up.
   

• You troubleshoot logistics problems and implement counter-measures and solutions to maintain the continuity of production flows.
   

 Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master/School degree in Logistic

• You already have experience in these fields

• You have a fluent level of English

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
