The CoE L&D is responsible for empowering employees in their self-learning journeys, upskilling, and supporting the internal trainer community. It designs and delivers the learning offerings, tools, and innovative learning methods to employees, managers, and HR teams. In terms of Training & Qualification, the CoE manages standardised qualification paths to ensure compliance
The Learning & Development coordinator will provide personalized support to employees by managing the administrative and logistical aspects of our skills development and career support initiatives. Main tasks will be around :
- Course Catalog Management: Maintain and update the company's training catalog within our learning management system. Manage employee enrollments for both in-person and e-learning courses with external training providers.
- Training Deployment: Process all service requests in a timely manner, adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities include scheduling, evaluations, and other administrative tasks.
- Training Evaluation: Track course attendance and satisfaction rates. Proactively reach out to employees and training providers to address any issues or concerns.
- Vendor Management: Onboard new training providers and ensure timely invoicing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to implement process improvements within the team.
