Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VIE HR Project Manager to support Air Liquide IT SA's Human Resources department. This role will contribute to various HR projects, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives within a global IT environment.
Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects, including but not limited to talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and HR digital transformation.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
* Support the development and implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and tools.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments and regions to ensure successful project delivery.
* Prepare presentations, documentation, and communication materials for HR initiatives.
* Participate in HR process optimization efforts, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
* Maintain and update HR information systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
