The site of Skawina based in Poland belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Finance Controller for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges?
You manage monthly closings, forecasts, budgets, and MTP within tight deadlines
You consolidate financial data from multiple sites/business units with accuracy
You analyze variances between actuals, budget, and prior year performance
You monitor profitability and industrial KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
You challenge site action plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
You deliver clear and insightful financial analysis to management
You coordinate effectively with around 20 business units and support functions
You contribute to process optimization through BigQuery, AI, and other digital tools
Let’s talk about you…
You hold a Master’s degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification
You already have experience in Finance, ideally in controlling
You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
You have strong communication skills and are open to different cultures and ways of working
You are humble, professional, positive, and have a strong sense of diplomacy
You have strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
You are highly proficient in Excel; SAP or other ERP knowledge is a plus
You are proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
