It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. ABOUT THE ROLE

This role touches on marketing investment planning across the Crystal Brand Unit (BU) and business partnering with brand marketing teams to deliver robust annual central marketing (A&P) investment plans across the portfolio.

The role reports to the Portfolio Finance Director of the Crystal BU and will work together with the Senior Central Marketing Analyst in Stockholm to ensure both (i) efficient, agile and balanced resource allocation across the portfolio, with appropriate A&P investment levels to support both immediate term commercial needs on strong global brands (e.g., Absolut, Beefeater, Malibu) and long-term strategic brand building on key growth inflections (e.g., agave, RTD), and (ii) a strong financial business partnering presence for the local teams in London and Sweden.

For the Gins marketing team based in London in particular, this role will be primary contact for all of their reporting, forecast, controlling and transactional tasks, coordinating with finance teams in both London and Stockholm to ensure proper control of budgets and spend.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Handling the monthly reporting and quarterly forecasts of Gins marketing expenses in London, and act as a business partner to the marketing team throughout the year. Key tasks include journal raising, reinvoicing flows between affiliates, tight spend tracking, management of budget & spend tracking databases and knowledge of local finance tools.
  • A&P cost control for the London Gin brands and support for the Stockholm brands Absolut, Malibu, Kahlua. You will work closely with London-based marketing and transversal teams, to track A&P spend vs budget plans, checking bookings and allocations, and support teams with finance processes and data.
  • Support the Central A&P planning process across the Crystal portfolio by ensuring rolling forecast (RF) submission is in line with targets and preparing Crystal budget tracking reports
  • Take responsibility for regular updates of the Crystal A&P project tracker to provide to the leadership team clear visibility into key projects and investments across the portfolio
  • Support the Senior Central Marketing Analyst on others ad-hoc analyses or projects

Your qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, preferably corporate finance, controlling or accounting.
  • Familiarity with Excel and with an appetite to improve skills in financial modelling and data analysis in order to build and maintain intuitive files which support decision-making 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines 
  • Curious, with a learning mindset and openness to change
  • Self-starter, highly autonomous and proactive in anticipating and initiating analysis that delivers high-impact insights 
  • Experience from working in an FMCG will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
