It is an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.

Our procurement function is transforming to deliver greater strategic value across indirect procurement, focusing on Industrial MRO and CAPEX. As part of this journey, we’re implementing a new ERP system (Ivalua) and enhancing analytics capabilities.
We are looking for a VIE Capex & Industrial Indirect Procurement Analyst to join our team at Pernod Ricard’s Crystal Business Unit in Åhus, Sweden, starting in May 2026.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
This VIE role is critical in supporting Indirect and CAPEX procurement with data-driven insights and enhanced reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for providing insightful analysis on indirect spend categories, helping us stay aligned with TAG and Pernod Ricard HQ strategies. Your work will enable a fact-based approach when engaging with internal stakeholders and project-based communications with external stakeholders. Your work and responsibilities will include:
- Turn data into insights: Own procurement data for Indirect Industrial MRO & CAPEX, manage analytics, and define KPIs.
- Enable smarter decisions: Analyze spend, supplier scorecards, cost structures, and trends to support strategic sourcing.
- Be the systems expert: Act as super user for GEP Smart® and support ERP transition to Ivalua.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth processes and impactful results.
We believe that a person fit for this role has the following attributes:
- Master’s degree in business management or equivalent
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of interest and capability in working with data to identify risks, uncover insights, and support decision-making
- Business- and solution-oriented, with the ability to collect and interpret complex information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Customer-focused service delivery with good cultural awareness and stakeholder sensitivity (always assume good intent from our stakeholders)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Good to have knowledge in relevant tools and systems, such as:
- Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modelling)
- Power BI or other data visualization platforms
- Ivalua or similar procurement/ERP systems
- GEP, Basware, or other legacy systems (for context and transition)
- Familiarity with contract management and supplier onboarding tools
