Job Description:

V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is a program run by Business France, a French government agency. It allows young professionals from the European Economic Area to work for a French company outside of France for a limited period. Participants are not Ipsen employees but have a special V.I.E status.

To take part in the program, there are specific eligibility criteria that must be met and will be verified by Business France. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot be part of this program but can apply to other opportunities within Ipsen.

We are seeking a motivated VIE to join our business insights & analytics team in NOBA. This role offers you the chance to support key brands, work on business insights and impactful projects - including launch planning activities - and collaborate with various internal teams.

Your strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and ability to build relationships will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving our business goals.

 Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies

 Performance Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting :

• Ensure good data collection, quality and integration
• Support commercial dashboard creation, implementation and update (Power BI dashboards), data sanity checks and coordination with third party to ensure cluster needs are met.
• Prepare detailed monthly performance reports, consolidating data from various sources and gathering insights from key markets to monitor brand performance across KPIs.
• Lead commercial meetings by providing relevant insights and analysis to the commercial Business units people
• Manage ad-hoc data and analysis requests, providing timely insights and answers.

Forecasting and Launch Planning :

• Own and manage the product forecasts, with accurate and validated assumptions, and appropriate submission for the different financial deadlines
• Provide forecasts and analysis for specific business cases to support strategical and or market access needs.
• Support the brand team in the product launches, with patient insight, patient journey, customer identification

Market Research and Insights generation :

• Oversee local market research projects from vendor briefing to results delivery, reviewing materials, ensuring compliance with Ipsen’s procedures, and valorizing the results.
• Review outputs and provide actionable insights to the brand team.
• Participate to the brand plan process and insight generation process to contribute to the gap identification and appropriate insight sources and generation

SFE: segmentation and targeting, incentives :

• Support the strategical commercial reflection, support the targeting process (good customer and good frequency visits)
• Design and deploy the incentive plan

Cross-functional Collaboration :

• Propose improvements to brand performance monitoring activities, leverage AI use, conduct BI projects to support the good execution of the field teams
• Interact with the global SBE team

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharma, Data Science, Business/Economics or a related field

Knowledge and experience (essential):

• Previous experience in market research, data analysis, strategic planning, consulting
• PowerBI knowledge

Knowledge & Experience (preferred):

• Project management
• SFE or commercial excellence experience
• Preferably experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Working in multinational environment

Languages:

• Fluency in English is essential
• Knowledge in a nordic language is a plus

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or other analytics dashboards)
• Strategic mindset to align initiatives with broader business goals
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal with multiple sources, attention to detail
• Ability to synthesise,
