Membre du Département Finance & Opérations Benelux, soutenant toutes les franchises (Soins Médicaux / Dermo-Cosmétiques & Soins Personnels), le/la Contrôleur(euse) de Gestion VIE est un partenaire clé pour les responsables opérationnels et un contributeur important de l’équipe Contrôle de Gestion basée à Bruxelles. Le poste est rattaché au Directeur Finance & Opérations Benelux.
Principales responsabilités- Contribuer au Business Partnering pour une ou plusieurs Business Units
- Participer aux clôtures financières mensuelles et trimestrielles ainsi qu’aux processus de reporting (sous IFRS) pour son périmètre de responsabilité, en expliquant les principales variations du compte de résultat, du besoin en fonds de roulement, des investissements (Capex) et de toutes autres questions financières pertinentes
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Contrôle de Performance Corporate et les responsables Business Unit Benelux afin de partager une solide compréhension de la situation de l’entreprise
- Analyser et alerter sur les écarts entre les réalisations et les budgets, challenger les solutions business pour combler les écarts et suivre les plans d’action mis en place
- Forte implication dans les processus budgétaires et de prévisions glissantes pour son périmètre de responsabilité
- Améliorer, simplifier, standardiser et/ou automatiser l’information de gestion, le reporting et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)
- Soutenir la coordination et la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures financières du Groupe
- Veiller, avec les autres membres du département Finance (Comptabilité & Fiscalité, Contrôle Crédit & Trésorerie), à la mise en place de contrôles internes appropriés pour protéger les actifs de l’entreprise
- Faire le lien et faciliter les échanges de données entre les différents départements, former les membres des autres services aux processus financiers, écouter leurs retours et encourager une culture d’amélioration continue et de compréhension des enjeux financiers
- Contribuer à des projets locaux ou corporate ponctuels, par exemple études de business cases, déploiement EPM et ERP

Member of the Benelux Finance & Operations Department supporting all Franchises (Medical Care / Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care), the VIE Financial Controller is a key Business Partner for the Line Managers and an important contributor to the Controlling Team based in Brussels.
The role reports to the Director Finance & Operations Benelux.
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the Business Partnering for one or more Business Units
- Participate in monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting processes (under IFRS) for his / her area of responsibility, explaining main variances in P&L, Net working capital, Capex and all other relevant financial matters
- Work closely with Corporate Performance Controlling and Benelux Business Unit Heads to share strong understanding of the business situation
- Make analysis of and alert on deviations between actuals and budgets, challenge the business solutions to bridge gaps and monitor the action plans taken
- Strong implication in the Budget / Rolling Forecast Processes for his / her area of responsibility
- Improve, simplify, standardize and/or automate management information, reporting and KPI’s
- Support the coordination & implementation of Group’s Finance policies & procedures
- Ensure, with the other members of the Finance Department (Accounting & Tax, Credit Control & Treasury), appropriate internal controls to safeguard company’s assets
- Connect the dots and facilitate data exchanges between the different departments, train members of other departments on finance processes, listen to their feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement and finance literacy
- Contribute to Ad hoc local or corporate projects e.g. Business Cases, EPM and ERP implementations.
- Master's degree in Finance or Economics
- First experience as an Auditor / Junior Controller is an advantage
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written) and team player
- Stress resistant, ability to meet and establish tight deadlines
- Problem-solver with “can-do” mentality, able to both pragmatically define solutions and capture and understand all relevant details when necessary
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables
- Technical knowledge: MS Office (advanced in Excel). Knowledge of an ERP (preferably Dynamics AX and SAP), Tableau and reporting & planning tools (Oracle) is a strong advantage
