The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French
Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

The contract duration of this VIE is 24 months.
A VIE for a Business Development Analyst has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft). You will join the Customer Services Africa Middle-East (AME) Business Development team.
Airbus has identified Africa & the Middle-East as a prospect for growth of Services business and a key enabler to bring customer proximity to our airline customers. The job holder will be responsible for supporting the business development team in the following areas: Market Analysis & Insights, and Business Development Projects within the region.
Tasks & accountabilities
The jobholder will support the Head of Business Development and Strategy for Services Africa Middle East in:
Defining and implementing the Services Business Development strategy in AME, in consistency with the overall Services strategy;
Services Business Lines activity development in AME;
Activities to support strategic sales campaigns
AME Services Business Development, M&A and partnership projects as required. In particular, supporting:
The identification of relevant opportunities in consistency with Services / M&A / Procurement strategies;
The establishment of the necessary project organization and governance;
The management of the projects in a structured and agile way;
Elaboration of project deliverables;
The exchange with central Business Lines and Business Development teams to define the business model and business case for the partnership and get it validated;
The preparation of the contractual set-up (NDA, LoI, MoU, contractual agreement, JV, etc.)
This role may involve limited travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
Engineering degree (preferable specialization in aeronautics) or business management degree.

The following experiences and know-how would be a significant advantage:
Experience in MRO, training or other OEM aftermarket activities
Previous experience in the aviation business
