Une opportunité de VIE en tant que Chargé de Conformité et Sécurité Junior s'est présentée au sein d'Airbus Helicopters à Trente (Italie). Vous rejoindrez le département Compliance Monitoring & Safety Management.
Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez la mise en œuvre des programmes de surveillance de la conformité et des systèmes de gestion de la sécurité au sein de nos organismes Part-145, CAMO, DOA et POA. Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration continue de la sécurité opérationnelle dans un environnement aéronautique hautement réglementé.
Missions et responsabilités
Support aux audits et inspections : Réaliser des audits internes et des inspections conformément au plan de surveillance de la conformité pour les organisations EASA Part-145, CAMO, DOA et POA.
Gestion des non-conformités : Collaborer à l'enregistrement, au suivi et à la vérification des actions correctives et préventives relatives aux non-conformités identifiées.
Sécurité et cybersécurité : Soutenir la mise en œuvre du Système de Gestion de la Sécurité (SGS) et du Système de Gestion de la Sécurité de l'Information (SGSI) en analysant les rapports de sécurité et en surveillant les événements de cybersécurité.
Documentation technique et reporting : Aider à la mise à jour des manuels techniques (MOE, CAME, DOH, POE) et à la préparation des rapports périodiques destinés à la Direction et aux Autorités de l'Aviation.
Collaboration transverse : Maintenir des relations constantes avec les fonctions de maintenance, d'ingénierie et de production afin d'identifier et de mettre en œuvre des améliorations de la culture de sécurité.
Profil recherché
Formation : Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master (ou équivalent) en Ingénierie, de préférence avec une spécialisation en Aéronautique.
Expérience : Une expérience pratique préalable (stages ou alternance) dans la maintenance aéronautique ou au sein d'environnements CAMO, DOA ou POA est privilégiée.
Connaissances réglementaires : Une connaissance de base des réglementations EASA (Part-145, Part-M, Part-21) et des normes EN9100 est un atout majeur.
Compétences techniques : Notions de base sur les principes d'audit (ISO 9001 ou équivalent) et maîtrise des logiciels de reporting de sécurité.
Savoir-être : Esprit d'analyse rigoureux, sens du détail, aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et excellentes capacités relationnelles.
Langues : Niveau avancé en anglais technique (écrit et oral). La connaissance de l'italien est considérée comme un avantage.
A VIE for a Compliance & Safety Junior Officer has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Trento (Italy). You will join the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Management Department.
In this role, you will support the implementation of compliance monitoring programs and safety management systems across our Part-145, CAMO, DOA, and POA organizations. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational safety within a highly regulated aeronautical environment.
Tasks & accountabilities
Audit & Inspection Support: Execute internal audits and inspections according to the compliance monitoring plan for EASA Part-145, CAMO, DOA, and POA organizations.
Non-Conformity Management: Collaborate in the registration, follow-up, and verification of corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities.
Safety & Information Security: Support the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS) by analyzing safety reports and monitoring cyber-security events.
Technical Documentation & Reporting: Assist in updating technical manuals (MOE, CAME, DOH, POE) and preparing periodic reports for Management and Aviation Authorities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain constant relationships with maintenance, engineering, and production functions to identify and implement safety culture improvements
Required skills
Education: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably with an Aeronautical focus.
Experience: Previous practical experience (internships or apprenticeships) in aeronautical maintenance or within CAMO, DOA, or POA environments is preferred.
Regulatory Knowledge: Basic knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-145, Part-M, Part-21) and EN9100 standards is a strong plus
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of auditing principles (ISO 9001 or equivalent) and familiarity with safety reporting software.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
Language Skills: Advanced level of technical English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.
