Instawork is looking for a creative video storyteller to help us bring the spirit of Instawork to life across our social and editorial channels.  You’ll be responsible for crafting relevant, light hearted videos to build narratives that entertain and educate Instawork Partners and Pros.  You will have fun with the latest AI tools and help redefine what B2B content can look like. Your work will power everything from product announcement to brand campaigns and demand generation

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • You’ve got 3+ years of experience creating, editing, publishing video content
  • You have strong storytelling instincts, and an intuition for what good content looks like
  • You have high creative ambition, balanced by the ability to work autonomously and hit deadlines regularly
  • You are ambitious, high creative ambition, capable of working autonomously
  • You are comfortable in a high growth startup environment with lots of experimentation

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos that reflect Instawork’s value props to Partners and Pros 
  • Launch original video content tailored to social platforms and explore new formats/mediums. Publish 1-2 videos a week
  • Explore collaborations with relevant creators to broaden reach and experiment with new formats. 
  • Help shape the Instawork’s brand voice and visual identity  across social channels 
  • Track performance beyond just clicks and views, and iterate content strategy accordingly

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with B2B content marketing
  • Experience growing a creator account
  • Experience identifying and partnering with influencers

For CA Based Applicants:

  • Location: San Francisco, CA 
  • Employment Type: 3-month contract with option to extend based on performance
  • Pay: $55 to $75 per hour depending on experience
