Gumloop is the AI automation platform for the enterprise. We give teams the power to easily build and deploy AI agents, in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or standalone, that automate real work across hundreds of integrations with no engineering background required. The platform has three pillars:
1. Agents — Conversational AI assistants that use tools (integrations, workflows, code sandbox, MCP servers) to accomplish open-ended tasks. Unlike workflows that follow fixed paths, agents decide which tools to use and when, adapting based on context. Users configure agents with a system prompt, a model, and a set of tools. Agents can be deployed to a chat UI, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, and can run autonomously via scheduled or event-based triggers.
2. Workflows — Visual, drag-and-drop automations composed of connected nodes on a canvas. Each node is a discrete operation (call an API, run AI, read a spreadsheet, send an email). Workflows are deterministic and repeatable. They can be triggered manually, on a schedule, via webhook, or by external events (new email, Slack message, etc.). Workflows can also be attached to agents as callable tools — the agent orchestrates, the workflow executes.
3. Gumstack — Enterprise-grade MCP hosting, observability, and AI governance. Organizations provision managed MCP servers, control which AI models are available, audit every tool call, and enforce security policies across all agents and workflows.
We're moving fast. Teams at Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are already building and deploying AI agents on Gumloop to automate real work across their organizations. That's not a demo. That's production.
We've raised $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures, Shopify Ventures, BoxGroup, and The Cannon Project to build a world class team.
We're looking for a Content Producer to own Gumloop's education and community presence. You'll create tutorials, course content, and videos that help people genuinely understand and use Gumloop — and build a community of power users who keep coming back. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves teaching, cares about quality, and wants to help grow a platform at the edge of AI automation.
Create content that engages — tutorials, course lessons, and video scripts that help people actually understand and use Gumloop (and AI generally); you'll partner with product and engineering to get the details right, then translate those details into something clear and compelling
Produce video end-to-end — record, edit, and ship walkthroughs, feature overviews, and course content; you own the full process from script to published video including thumbnails, captions, and descriptions (no requirement to be on camera if you don't want to be)
Build and engage the community — be a consistent presence in our community channels, surface common questions, turn them into content, and make sure people feel supported as they learn; help shape cohort programs, webinars, and other touchpoints that bring users together
Manage the content pipeline — keep multiple projects moving across formats and stakeholders simultaneously, run approvals, hit deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Know what the moment calls for — not every feature needs a polished tutorial; sometimes a quick Loom or a forum reply is the right call; you're close enough to the product and the community to know when to invest and when to ship fast
Push the craft forward — experiment with new formats, teaching approaches, and AI-powered tools to make content better and faster
Genuinely excited about teaching people how AI works and what they can build with it — not just using it yourself, but helping others get there
Have experience creating educational or product content in a fast-paced tech environment — blog posts, courses, video, or some combination
Can produce video confidently (shooting, editing, publishing) using tools like Screenflow, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Descript
Write clearly and can adapt your voice across formats — a tutorial, a changelog, a community post, a webinar script
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders without losing the thread
Obsess over clarity — you'd rather rework something three times than ship something that doesn't land
Excited about using AI and automation in your actual workflow, not just as a talking point
Motion graphics skills (After Effects, Jitter, Osmo, etc.)
Experience with community platforms, cohort-based programs, or developer education
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Webflow, or Airtable
Experience with Gumloop — or the kind of curiosity that means you'll learn it fast
Highly competitive salary and meaningful equity
Generous paid time off: 24 days for SF employees and 20 days globally, use them as you need
$350/month wellness benefit to spend on gym, spa, equipment, or whatever keeps you at your best
15 days of temporary remote work flexibility per year
401k match up to 6%
