Job Duties and Responsibilities
We're seeking a creative, versatile, and collaborative Video Producer who will play a pivotal role in helping shape our CXO multimedia content, bringing projects to life with their innovative approach.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality video content overseeing the pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production editing of projects
• Work with staff writers and internal producers to execute weekly multimedia deliverables including videos, photography, and graphic elements
• Film and direct talent on camera, both on location in our production studio
• Able to source quality stock footage, music, and content for projects
• Follow established SOPs to produce recurring video content and training materials and distribute in our LMS platform
• Ensure projects meet strategic objectives by measuring and monitoring work results
• Travel as needed

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field
• Minimum two years professional or corporate experience in video production and content creation
• Video portfolio showcasing relevant and recent work examples

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong creative eye and natural sense of storytelling and design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Demonstrated expertise in production equipment, lighting, camera operation, and audio
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change
• Actively seeks and integrates feedback for continuous improvement
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
