Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with creation and development of Ritter Insurance Marketing’s video content communications.

• Capture studio-quality video both on and off site.

• Edit raw footage for producing video content.

• Collaborate with the video production team and other departments, while also working independently as needed to meet campaign goals

• Learn and develop a knowledge base of all video and sound equipment on site: cameras, camcorders, lights, shotgun and boom mics, audio recorders, c stands, cables, backdrops, etc.     

• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of audio/video equipment

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and other relevant software as needed
