Video Producer and Animator

Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you will be responsible for the entire video production process, from storyboard conceptualization to shooting, directing, producing, and editing in post-production. Location : Hybrid remote in Austin, TX . In the office 3-days per week.
Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.
Travel Requirement : Up to 30%
Moderate Physical Activity: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 30 pounds and standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day during projects.
What You'll be Doing

• Take charge of building and leading the video function for the NinjaOne Marketing Team.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, direct, shoot, edit, and produce videos, and other multimedia content.
• Deliver a variety of content, including animated ads, explainer videos, product demos, customer testimonials, promo videos, and event coverage.
• Partner with stakeholders to produce engaging animated content with Adobe After Effects.
• Design visually engaging product animations to effectively convey technical knowledge.
• Capture high-quality footage and audio during video shoots and integrate soundtracks and VO's in Adobe Premiere.
• Use innovative editing and color grading techniques to tell high-quality, cohesive stories.
• Work with our in-house translation team to localize video content for multiple languages with subtitles or dubbed voice-overs.
• Regularly seek feedback from SME's to iteratively improve content and align with company goals.
• Deliver multimedia solutions to enhance internal communications.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate product snippets, and animated graphics into the website.
• Collaborate with other teams to produce content aligned with the brand and their business goals.
• Monitor the YouTube channel and provide content for consistent engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.

About You

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in video/multimedia-based roles, including 7-10 years of video production and editing experience
• 3-5 years of specialized experience with After Effects animation/motion graphics
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong technical background in video production, multimedia development, visual effects, and advanced motion graphics.
• Demonstrated experience in developing visually engaging training materials, including videos, motion graphics, and product walkthroughs, to elevate the learning experience
• Proficient in storyboarding, scripting, conducting video shoots, and managing production logistics
• You have experience adding subtitles or dubbing voice-overs for video localization to ensure accuracy and global audience engagement.
• Knowledgeable in lighting, camera operation, cinematography principles, motion graphics, voice-overs, music selection, sound design, and audio editing for video production
• Proficient in color grading and correction techniques
• Foundational familiarity with cloud-native SaaS products
• Organized cross-functional project leader with 5+ years of multi-project management expertise, consistently meeting tight deadlines (Asana preferred)
• Polished written and verbal communication skills, characterized by clarity and effectiveness
• Proven exceptional communicator and thought leader, successfully advising C-Suite and stakeholders
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Well-versed in current video production trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 per year.
