About the role

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally while working closely with an experienced mentor who will support your development.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into clean, structured videos with rough cuts, pacing, hooks, and clear storytelling
• Organize project files, timelines, and assets in a structured and consistent way
• Sync video and audio, including multi-camera and podcast/interview setups
• Select best takes, remove mistakes, and ensure smooth narrative flow
• Adapt and export content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube
• Format content in 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1 aspect ratio
• Add and correct subtitles with proper timing and readability
• Deliver well-organized, ready-to-publish content
• Work independently while following instructions and asking clarifying questions when needed
• Apply feedback and iterate efficiently

Requirements

• Basic video editing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with real video projects
• Understanding of multi-camera editing and audio syncing
• Familiarity with social media video formats and platform requirements
• Ability to create and correct subtitles
• Strong file and project organization skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively

Nice to have

• Basic After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or Canva knowledge
• Experience with podcasts, talking-head, corporate, B2B, or sports content
• Basic color correction, audio cleanup, and thumbnail creation skills
• Good English communication skills
• Understanding of social media content principles
