What You'll Actually Do
- Own the full edit process from 2-hour sessions down to 30-second viral clips in French and English
- Create visual reveal videos using 50+ pre-shot content pieces with educational overlays
- Build talking head content and use AI-generated visuals and motion graphics
- Handle AI voice dubbing for multilingual content across French and English markets
- Edit challenge-style videos showing creative processes from start to finish
- Design split-screen formats showing multiple camera angles simultaneously
- Add strategic captions, arrows, and educational callouts that boost engagement
- Iterate fast based on what hits 100K+ views versus what flops
- Manage content pipelines across multiple social accounts and languages
- Ship 2 to 4 videos weekly across both brands working completely remote
- Fully fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years editing viral short form content for brands or creators
- Proven experience with motion graphics and visual storytelling
- AI voice tool experience with platforms like 11Labs. This is key.
- Strong understanding of hook creation and retention editing techniques
- Ability to spot viral moments in long form raw footage
- Experience with educational content that teaches while entertaining
- Huge plus if you have worked with maker content, crafts, or creative processes
- Huge plus if you understand TikTok and Instagram algorithm mechanics
- Impeccable English communication for seamless remote collaboration
- Comfortable working across time zones with European-based founders
