Meet the Team
Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. Our family is composed of Secret Chicago, Secret LA, Secret NYC, Secret Miami, Secret Toronto, Secret London, Paris Secret, Madrid Secreto, and more!
The Role
We are looking for a Buenos Aires-based Video Editor to join our team and support content creation across North America, with a particular focus on branded content and event coverage.
Working within a fun, dynamic and fast-growing start-up, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how audiences discover and experience cities, brands and experiences through video. As part of the Secret Media team, you’ll turn a constant flow of creative briefs, event footage and existing video assets into distinctive, high-quality, social-first content.
This is a hands-on editing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a high volume of requests and consistently delivers excellent work at high speed. You’ll work closely with teams across North America, transforming raw footage into engaging videos, particularly Reels and short-form branded content, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Beyond editing individual videos, you’ll help build scalable workflows and a library of reusable footage that enables teams across our global network to create content efficiently. You’ll play a key role in establishing editing standards, optimising tools and processes, and ensuring that our video output remains consistent, polished and adaptable across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Edit engaging, social-first videos, particularly Reels and short-form content for branded campaigns, events and social media.
- Manage a high volume of requests, prioritise competing deadlines and deliver high-quality edits at speed.
- Adapt footage into multiple versions, formats and creative approaches to meet different briefs, platforms and audience needs.
- Organise and maintain reusable footage libraries, making assets easy to find, adapt and use by teams worldwide.
- Establish and maintain minimum quality standards across editing, colour, sound, captions, graphics and exports.
- Optimise editing workflows using templates, presets, automation and tools that improve speed, consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with teams across North America and other markets to understand briefs, manage feedback and deliver content that meets creative and brand requirements.
- Stay up to date with social video trends, editing techniques and tools to continuously improve creative output and efficiency.
Who You Are
We want you to join us if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for internal communications. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in professional video editing, with a strong portfolio of social-first content, Reels and ideally branded videos.
- Excellent storytelling, pacing and visual judgement, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging on social media.
- The ability to work at high speed, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- A structured, proactive approach to prioritisation, file management and problem-solving.
- Experience adapting content for different platforms, formats and audiences.
- The ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams and time zones, particularly North America.
- A continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in making editing workflows more efficient and scalable.
- Advanced editing: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and strong command of professional editing workflows. Adobe Media Encoder is essential; Photoshop and After Effects are a plus.
- Social video: Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, hooks, pacing, captions and platform-specific formats.
- Post-production: Confident with colour correction, sound mixing, basic motion graphics and final quality control.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, frame rates, compression and export specifications.
- Asset management: Ability to organise large volumes of footage and maintain reusable, accessible media libraries.
- Workflow optimisation: Experience with templates, presets and efficient project structures to support high-volume, scalable editing.

What We Do
Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). Fever and its Secret Media Network inspires over 60 million people every month to discover the best experiences in their cities. The preferences expressed by these communities allow us to create new experiences, which we call “Fever Originals”. These are proprietary experiences in which we follow a data-driven content creation strategy, using analytics to understand audiences, develop and optimize new formats. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others. In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Available for iOS and Android.
