The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce engaging, high-quality short-form content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Requirements
- Edit and produce attention-grabbing videos optimized for each social media platform.
- Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews, podcasts) into bite-sized clips.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, effects, and music that align with our brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and platform requirements.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor, especially for social media content.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
Understanding of various social media formats, aspect ratios, and audience behaviors.
Ability to work independently and accept feedback constructively.
