  • Maximizing Content Mileage: You take long-form video materials and expertly transform them into high-impact shorts, reels, and highlights that dominate feeds across LinkedIn, YouTube, and targeted email campaigns.

  • Stopping the Scroll: By adding crisp captions, dynamic motion graphics, and strategic visual enhancements, you ensure every video immediately grabs the audience's attention and keeps them hooked.

  • Elevating the Brand Profile: You collaborate directly with the Marketing Specialist to not only manage video assets but also design top-tier marketing collateral like presentations, flyers, and leaflets that make the brand look polished and professional.

  • Delivering Ready-to-Publish Quality: You take ultimate ownership of your craft, executing with strong creative judgment to deliver flawless, on-brand content straight out of the gate with minimal need for revisions or constant supervision.

  • The Detail-Obsessed Guardian: You take immense pride in brand consistency. You ensure that every pixel, transition, and font aligns perfectly with the brand’s standards before hitting export.

  • Tech-Savvy: You bring your own professional tools to the table and know them inside out. You hold your own active licenses for industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and effortlessly navigate captioning tools, Loom, AI enhancements, and multiple social media platforms.

  • Your Home Office: You have a dedicated, reliable, and high-performing remote work setup (BYOD) capable of handling heavy video rendering, allowing you to collaborate and communicate seamlessly during the 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST shift.
