WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Edit direct response videos to be used in advertisements that fit into the client’s brand, speak to their brand pillars, and drive traffic to their website.
- Edit videos for several client accounts at the same time.
- Execute scripts and notes that internal teams and clients provide.
- Create high-quality content with quick turnarounds.
- Research digital ad trends and apply that knowledge to creative decisions.
- Study and analyze an agency wide library of direct response videos as well as Facebook and Instagram user behavior.
- Adhere to copyright and privacy standards and company policies
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations through effective communication.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of industry best practices and embracing emerging editing technologies.
- Provide valuable insights for optimization based on creative learnings.
- Exercise meticulous attention to detail, upholding quality assurance processes to deliver top-notch content consistently.
- Showcase adaptability to a variety of social media platforms beyond Facebook and Instagram.
- Willing to learn how to write scripts and create content optimized for Performance Content.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 1+ years of experience editing creative content for social media platforms.
- 2+ years of experience editing in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and pivot direction when needed.
- Being a team player and willing to jump into an area outside of your wheelhouse.
- Can-do, positive attitude, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Proficient in google tools.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You are someone with advertising and/or marketing job experience.
- You have managed direct response marketing.
- You have experience editing in Adobe After Effects.
- Have utilized Wrike or other project management tools.
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
- You have the ability to shoot photo and video content at home on mobile devices.
WHAT DOES THE PROCESS ENTAIL:
- Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our talent recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates. During this 30 minute phone call, we’ll discuss your career journey and professional motivators while learning about GR0 overall and the position.
- Stage 2 (Hiring Manager Interview) - Your leadership video interview will be a 30-minute conversation with our hiring manager. During this time you will answer additional questions and have ample time to ask questions of us.
- Stage 3 (Contract Extended) - If a #GR0mance has brewed, we will extend a contract!
WHAT IS THE EXPECTED PAY:
- $50/HR - on average 15 hours per week.
