Labcorp is seeking a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Work Schedule
The Video Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and producing compelling visual and digital content that supports marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. This role combines expertise in videography, photography, graphic design, motion graphics, and digital storytelling to deliver engaging multimedia experiences across internal and external channels.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Video Editor manages projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring all content aligns with brand standards, strategic objectives, and accessibility guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, color correct, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, product launches, events, and executive messaging.
- Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects using industry-standard software.
- Develop multimedia content optimized for websites, digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and learning management systems.
- Edit and color correct photos from photoshoots and create custom photo composites when needed.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visual stories.
- Manage projects through all phases including creative planning, scripting, production, post-production, revisions, approvals, and delivery.
- Ensure consistency with corporate branding, messaging, visual identity, and accessibility standards.
- Organize, tag, archive, and maintain digital assets (photo/video) using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Edit audio, optimize sound quality, and prepare final deliverables in multiple formats.
- Monitor emerging creative trends, AI-powered production tools, and multimedia technologies to improve efficiency and content quality.
- Support live productions, photo/video shoots, webinars, virtual events, and executive presentations when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Motion Design, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-6+ years of professional multimedia production experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, Express, Firefly, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Illustrator, Audition and familiar with Microsoft CoPilot.
- Excellent sense of typography, composition, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience producing content for web, social media, internal communications, and corporate marketing.
- Knowledge of video codecs, compression, frame rates, and digital publishing best practices.
- Excellent storytelling, visual composition, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- A portfolio that showcases both creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to articulate your work clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or corporate environments.
- Experience working within Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or enterprise content management systems and frame.io
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront project management software.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly or generative AI applications.
