Job Description

The Video Delivery Manager will drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets

  • Act as a point of contact to sales, finance, product, and engineering teams for order shipping details and priorities

  • Improve KPI’s including order cycle time, on time delivery, and delinquent backlog

  • Collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing and quality teams to reduce customer order lead times

  • Support work order planning and partner with distribution center teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Manage third party distribution priorities in partnership with procurement and logistics

  • Identify and manage continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and lead times

  • Actively support sales and operations planning

  • Anticipate evolving business conditions and ensure operational readiness

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000  - $110,000 

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. 


Basic Requirements
  • BS/BA degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, business, or sales operations
