Essential Functions:
- Create and edit high-performing short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Develop and produce commercial and advertising videos that bring creative concepts to life
- Shoot on-site photography and video as needed
- Edit and compile end-of-year recap videos and event highlight reels
- Conceptualize, script, and execute video ideas from start to finish
- Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithms, and video best practices
- Leverage AI video tools and generative technology to speed up production and enhance creativity
- Assist with website updates and digital content management
- Support webinars, online events, and other video production needs
- Maintain organized project files and digital asset library
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5-7 years of video editing experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop required
- Strong understanding of AI video tools and emerging technology (highly preferred)
- Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- After Effects is a major plus
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS is helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more
