About Venn

Venn is the leader in workspace security for remote and contractor workforces. Built on Venn's patented technology, Blue Border™ protects company data, applications, and AI workflows on any computer, without VDI and without fully managing the endpoint. Installing Blue Border creates a company-controlled secure enclave directly on the user's Mac or PC. All business activity, including data, applications, networking, and AI workflows, runs locally and stays isolated from personal use, while everything outside the enclave remains private.

Blue Border gives IT a simpler, device-agnostic way to secure remote work, enable contractor and BYOD workforces, govern AI usage, and replace VDI. More than 700 security and compliance-driven organizations, including Fidelity, Guardian, Whatnot, and the IMF, trust Venn to meet HIPAA, FINRA, SEC, NAIC, SOC 2, PCI, and GDPR standards.

The Opportunity

As a Video Content Creator at Venn, you'll own video from concept to publication, turning a technical security category into content that IT and Security leaders actually want to watch. You'll plan, script, shoot, edit, and distribute everything from short-form social clips and product walkthroughs to customer stories, webinar cuts, and campaign videos. This is an individual-contributor role on a small, fast-moving Marketing team, where you'll do the creative thinking and the hands-on production. You'll work closely with Content Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to make sure every video supports pipeline and brand goals.

What You'll Do

  • Own Venn's video content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, motion graphics, and publishing
  • Produce short-form video for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels that makes security and IT concepts clear, human, and shareable
  • Create product demos, feature walkthroughs, and explainer videos that bring Blue Border™ launches and updates to life
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to turn customer wins into polished video case studies and testimonials
  • Repurpose webinars, events, podcasts, and long-form content into clips and assets that extend their reach
  • Build and maintain a video content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and the broader content roadmap
  • Create video assets for sales enablement, paid campaigns, email, the website, and events
  • Maintain brand consistency across all video, including templates, captions, thumbnails, intros and outros, and Venn's visual identity
  • Track video performance (views, watch time, engagement, and pipeline influence) and use the data to refine formats, topics, and distribution
  • Manage freelance videographers, editors, and animators as needed to scale output
  • Stay current on video, social, and AI-assisted production trends and bring new formats and tools to the team

What You Bring

  • 2-4+ years of professional video production and editing experience, ideally in B2B marketing at a SaaS company; cybersecurity, IT, or remote-work technology is a strong plus
  • A portfolio that shows range, from short-form social to polished product and customer videos, and that you can point to the results it drove, not just that it was published
  • Hands-on proficiency with editing and production tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, Descript)
  • Strong storytelling and scripting instincts, with the ability to make a technical topic feel clear and engaging
  • Working knowledge of filming, lighting, and audio, including shooting on location, in a studio, and remotely
  • Experience publishing and optimizing video for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, including captions, thumbnails, and formats
  • Comfort turning subject-matter experts and customers into confident, natural on-camera talent
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines independently
  • Comfort in a startup or scale-up environment, with a bias toward action and a willingness to build process as you go
  • Occasional travel for team events, conferences, or customer shoots

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up scripting, editing, captioning, or repurposing
  • Experience with video analytics and testing, such as hook, format, and thumbnail tests
