MISSION
Learn how to produce high-performing video content for paid social campaigns. Under the guidance of our Head of Performance Marketing, you will develop a "performance mindset" — learning how to create videos that stop the scroll and drive real e-commerce conversions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation: Edit and produce engaging video ads for Meta and TikTok (Reels, Stories, and UGC-style formats).
A/B Testing: Create variations of the same video concept (changing hooks or text) to help the team optimize results.
Trend Hunting: Stay up-to-date with daily TikTok/Meta trends and actively propose new creative ideas for campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content follows the visual guidelines of our different e-commerce brands.
Design Support: Assist the creative team with basic photo editing or asset management when needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strong portfolio: School or personal projects showcasing your video editing skills (TikTok, Reels, UGC, etc.).
Current student: Able to sign an internship agreement with a University or Design School and available for a commitment of 6 months.
Passion for social media: Deep interest in digital trends and video storytelling.
Proactive mindset: A “can-do” attitude and a strong desire to learn about data-driven creativity.
Language: Fluent in English and French.
TOOLS
Essential: Video editing software (Premiere Pro OR CapCut / mobile editors) and Canva.
Bonus points: Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or exposure to AI video tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
Paid internship: Financial compensation for a full-time schedule: 721€/month.
Flexibility: Hours adapted to your class schedule and exam periods.
Hybrid work: Work from our Barcelona office with work-from-home flexibility (16 days per quarter).
Mentorship: Real hands-on experience alongside senior digital marketing professionals.
Skills Required
