Join GN to grow our video collaboration business across the Nordics. We are looking for a new Video Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and ensure new end-customer opportunities, leveraging strong industry knowledge and an existing network within enterprise and public sector customers.
You will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer with our Jabra video sales solutions, a part of GN. You will manage complex sales cycles, develop the market, and collaborate with partners to support business growth across the Nordics with a focus on Sweden.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of the Jabra video sales team and report to Johnny Sønderby Poulsen, Video Sales Manager, Nordics. We are collaborative and commercially focused, partnering closely with channel, technical, and marketing colleagues. You can expect supportive leadership, clear goals, and the autonomy to deliver results while sharing knowledge in a changing environment. The role includes some travelling.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately
- Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles to closure
- Engage decision‑makers and position Jabra as a trusted advisor
- Develop market presence and represent Jabra at industry events
- Collaborate with AV integrators and partners to progress and close deals
- Meet defined sales outcomes and contribute to video business growth
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Bring experience in AV and video collaboration/UC for enterprise and public sector in the Nordics
- Can demonstrate new business development with an established end‑customer network
- Have a solid commercial mindset with negotiation and complex deal management skills
- Consider yourself as self-motivated with a proactive approach to your tasks
- Are proficient in English, spoken and written
- Have a higher education in business, engineering, media technology, or equivalent practical experience
