Inspiria Knowledge Campus is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary academic leader for the position of Vice Principal (Professor). The role involves providing strategic academic and administrative leadership to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, research, student engagement, institutional quality assurance, and overall campus administration.
The Vice Principal will work closely with the Management in driving institutional growth, strengthening academic standards, fostering innovation, and enhancing the overall educational ecosystem.
Academic Leadership & Administration
Oversee the overall academic administration and supervision of teaching-learning processes.
Ensure effective implementation of academic policies, university regulations, and institutional standards.
Supervise academic planning, faculty workload allocation, and curriculum delivery.
Promote excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and faculty development.
Support the implementation of learner-centric and outcome-based education practices.
Lead and coordinate NAAC accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
Develop and implement quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and institutional excellence.
Coordinate institutional audits, AQAR preparation, rankings, and compliance reporting.
Facilitate feedback collection and quality enhancement measures involving students, faculty, parents, and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide faculty members for academic and professional growth.
Encourage faculty participation in research, publications, FDPs, seminars, and conferences.
Ensure student welfare, discipline, counseling, mentorship, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative academic environment.
Coordinate with university authorities, statutory bodies, and government agencies.
Organize workshops, seminars, academic events, and institutional collaborations.
Support policy implementation and institutional strategic planning.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among departments and stakeholders.
Assist in defining and enforcing institutional policies and operational guidelines.
Support extracurricular and co-curricular development initiatives.
Oversee institutional documentation, MIS systems, and digital academic processes.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification
Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience in Universities, Colleges, or Higher Educational Institutions.
Experience as Professor/Associate Professor in reputed institutions.
Prior experience as Vice Principal/Dean for at least 3–5 years preferred.
Proven experience in NAAC accreditation and quality assurance processes in reputed institutions.
